This past week, with the 2022 mid-term, we witnessed political warfare in action as I mentioned in my posting of November 11, 2022.
Allied with political warfare is doctrinal warfare. I am posting the entire document known as PSB D-33 which was the basis of the US Doctrinal Warfare Program (it later became known as Ideological Warfare). This posting includes the basic document in draft and all of the annexes. Annex B was the one that I was able to successfully get declassified after about three years. (Br. Please understand that it was a wealthy Catholic professor at the Catholic University of America — Dr. Edward P. Lilly — whose work was crucial for the development of this program, and who I consider to be the father of the Doctrinal Warfare program.
