Synods and Doctrinal Warfare
In an April 13, 2022 article from the National Catholic Register entitled “Pope Benedict XVI and the German Question,” mention was made of the “Synodal Path” being proposed by German Bishops. Termed “secularized Christianity pretending to be the sheep of Catholic reform” the German plan was to approve of things like civil unions for same sex couples and women priests both of which are rejected by Catholic doctrine. The reason things got to this point was due to Joseph Ratzinger, Benedict XVI, who did not deal properly with this, the German Question, but no reason was offered for this.
In May, 2021 Archbishop Acquila of Denver, Colorado wrote a “Response” to the German Synodal Path in which he stated that “the Church, in the [German Bishop’s] Assembly’s view, seems to be equally beholden to both the demands of the Gospel and the standards of a pluralistic, open society in a democratic constitutional state.”
Boom.
Archbishop Acquila identified the dynamic which exists in Western societies now to include the US. That dynamic places the demands of the “pluralistic, open society in a democratic constitutional state” at odds with the demands of the Gospel. The “pluralistic, open society in a democratic constitutional state” refers to the Liberal order which since the American Revolution has progressively come to reorder societies in the West and elsewhere around the globe. The demands of that “pluralistic, open society in a democratic constitutional state” are the demands of the powerful private interests that come to rule those societies. The German bishops are giving into the demands of the powerful private interests because they believe America, with its “pluralistic, open society in a democratic constitutional state” is the ideal of social organization. A young Joseph Ratzinger was subjected to the same manipulation by American and psychological warfare and so he was unable to correct the course of the German theologians over the years as he should have. The German bishops are not alone. Francis also rejects Catholic doctrine. He did it in May 2016 with the rejection of the Catholic Confessional State, he rejected Catholic doctrine on sodomy, he rejected Catholic doctrine on Just War, and so he has taken sides or is perceived to have done so. He is viewed as a globalist shill as a result of his own actions. He therefore cannot be an instrument of peace as his namesake was because he rejects doctrine over and over, and indeed, he rejects the search for truth as his imprudent kissing of the Ukrainian flag from Bucha and his vitriol against Russians for atrocities they may not have committed.
There are two major points I wish to make now. First, by rejecting doctrine as the German bishops are doing and Francis repeatedly does, one rejects faith and reason as well as virtue. That will lead to the atomization of society and separation from God while leaving you with error and emotions or sentiments and by these things your enemies will come to manipulate and rule you to your detriment and destruction. We have a great tool to fight doctrinal decay and doctrinal war, and it is called the Oath Against Modernism by Pope St Pius X which issued in 1910. In relevant part, that oath states “I sincerely hold that the doctrine of faith was handed down to us from the apostles through the orthodox Fathers in exactly the same meaning and always in the same purport. Therefore I entirely reject the heretical misrepresentation that dogmas evolve and change from one meaning to another different from the one which the Church held previously.” One must see the hermeneutic of continuity and not the hermeneutic of rupture. Each of us is to recite this oath daily as a guard against false doctrine. We should recite it with the prayer to St Michael the Archangel.
Second. Liberalism and the Liberal Order was created by the rich of the day. Lord Ashley was ambitious and wealthy and he employed a very poor and brilliant John Locke to devise the doctrine embraced by the American Founders who were inspired by the spirit of commerce as remarked by Thomas Pownall. Indeed, I add at this point that the very documents espousing the various doctrines surrounding the founding of this system were produced by the wealthy of the day. Remember in the 1600s there was not an internet nor was there much in the way of blogs or magazines or books. Only the rich got printed material and only the rich had access to making more.
The system of social organization in America is an ideology designed to serve the rich and those desirous of becoming rich most effectively, and in recent years in particular has become a weapon to be used against the American people – and there is an American people who are separate and distinct from the peoples of the world and are marked by certain biological characteristics among other things because there is an ethnic base to being an American.
Now we have been told from a variety of credible sources that big money is behind the WEF, the Great Reset, the rise of Communism in the USSR, the rise of Adolph Hitler in Germany, the creation of Marxism and other ideologies of the 19th century. What people have not said, but I say and have said is that the American system of social organization is an ideology created of by and for the rich. Why is that hard to believe? It isn’t but I have been attacked for even suggesting it. I know in those attacks, both private and not so private, the correctness of my position, and my attackers reveal their dishonesty or ignorance in the process because a lot of them benefit from the way things are. The chatterers especially are a wretched class of people for they thrive on evil as they decry it. I am not attacking the American people though I know much of our identity is tied up with certain concepts of liberty, but I am attacking the errors that harm the American people. One can reject an ideology and still love the one who held that ideology. It is my desire to improve the lives of Americans and more fully achieve the goods of this life to enjoy the goods of the next.
Also, we are told today that in response to the “left’s” or the “liberal’s” cultural Marxism, censorship, Disney’s subversion, CRT, etc. that we have to return to the freedoms and rights of the Liberal Order. This is the wrong course of action. The fight is between right and wrong, good and evil, God and Mammon. We cannot return to 1955 nor can we return to 1791. We must move forward and we must move forward in accordance with our Catholic doctrine, and for that we must be willing to suffer and die, to be martyred and to struggle. The American people deserve better, we deserve the best. We deserve the Catholic Confessional State or at least a system that protects and enshrines the Natural Law as defined by the Catholic Faith, as a minimum. It is the only way.
My research and study has lead me to the conclusion that the global plutocracy relies on the Catholics and the Catholic Church to advance their evil aims. These aims include the destruction of humanity as wealth and power is concentrated with the few. This is evil. When Catholics and their leadership reject the Liberal Order, the plutocrats will take notice for they will suffer a mighty defeat. Indeed, the Church has the ability to turn the tide against the plutocracy and the globalists but it needs the right leadership and that leadership must accept and teach only Catholic doctrine viewing the world and all its events thru the Gospel. Essential to that is rejecting Americanism, the Liberal Order which it protects, and demanding while working for the Catholic Confessional State and the Catholic International Order. The common good demands it.
